* For Statues:
We do not accept returns, repairs, or refunds for statues.
However, if you open the package within 7 days of delivery and discover that the item is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within that period. Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
In the case of manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we will either:
・ Provide a replacement, or
・ Offer an appropriate solution depending on the situation
Please contact us first and include clear photos of the damaged area.
Be sure to retain the original outer box and packing materials, as they are required for return processing.
For minor damage incurred during shipping, we may ask for your cooperation in performing simple repairs,
In such cases, we will offer points as a gesture of appreciation.
As our statues are handmade, limited-edition pieces, we aim to minimize unnecessary shipping whenever possible. We appreciate your understanding.
Please note that slight variations between individual items are inherent to handmade and do not constitute defects.

Returns request must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, and the items must be unused.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We cannot accept return requests in the following cases:
a. Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery.
b. Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer (including both the product and its packaging).
c. Products that have been used, even once.
d. Any other cases where the product is no longer in a resalable condition.
*If delivery of the product cannot be completed due to an unknown delivery address or a long absence of the customer,
the sales contract may be cancelled without prior notice.
