We do not offer return, repair, or refund service. **Including limited products and pre-order products
However, please open the package within 7 days of receiving the product, and if the product is found to be defective or damaged in shipping, this will not be the case.

In case of initial defects or shipping damage, we will exchange the product for a good one or other method.

Please be sure to keep the outer box and packaging, as they will be needed when returning the product.
In order to protect against further shipping damage or loss problems during return shipping,
we may need to request that customers repair any minor shipping damage themselves.

Our statues are handmade and limited production items. Therefore, we want to minimize the amount of cargo traffic as much as possible.
