Fill in your information of delivery address and e-mail address all in English Characters.
Please provide a correct delivery address and confirm carefully, otherwise the product will be sent to the wrong place.
Click “Next” and go to Delivery Details page.
Step 4
If you want the product to be sent to another address, please click “Add/Click” and add another delivery address, and please remind us about this change in “Remarks”.
In order to have a smooth transaction and decrease cancellation cases, please read this shopping guide thoroughly and confirm all the informations of the product before purchase. Choose "Yes" and click "Next" means you are aware of the conditions relating to your order and agree to pay all fees for which you are liable.
After check “Yes”, click “Next” and go to Payment Option page.
Step 5
Please read the explanations carefully and choose a payment method.
Click “Next” and go to the Confirm Page.
You can use the points in your account and coupon code we offered at this page.

CAUTIONS FOR SHOPPING FROM THIS SITE
1. Shipping Cost
If you order more than 2 items, we will confirm whether they can be combined or not, according to the weight and size of the product.
Please put enough allowance in your budget consideration just in case they are not combinable. If you are not sure then, please contact us first before ordering so that we can offer you the appropriate quotation for the whole shipment.
2. Use of User ID and Password
Registered users are able to use the ID and Password from the next order. We allow one customer to subscribe one ID, therefore please remember the ID and Password. If you forget your password or ID, please contact us from Inquiries with any personal information to confirm your identity and we will reset your password to “0000”.
3. Due Date for Payment
Every payment should be settled in 7 days after order confirmed or invoices informed to customers. Any delay of the payment may cause the cancellation of your order. If we cancel an order which is partly paid, the paid amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
4. Cancel Request
We are able to accept cancel request only for unpaid orders.
If customer has paid or partly paid for the item but wish to cancel the order by personal reasons, we will not refund any of the paid amounts. Also, we will not accept further order/pre-order from customers who have multiple cancellation records, please do consider carefully before order.
5. Black List
We will not accept order/pre-order from customers who have over 3 cancellation/unpaid records in the past 12 months.
We will block the account if we receive invalid orders/pre-orders from the same IP address for over 3 times. Please do not use invalid e-mail address or personal information to try order/pre-order from this site. If you have any questions or concerns about the item, please contact us before purchase.

All the products images in this site are sample pictures. The exact product may have differences to the sample images.

Shipping cost will be automatically calculated by system only for "In stock" items.
For pre-order items, shipping cost will be charged separately when the item is ready for shipping.
3. Status Tracking
Online tracking is available for EMS.

5. Extra Fee Charging
We will charge extra fee for items which cannot be delivered to customers within 1 month after ready for shipping.
The extra fee = 1 month’s storage fee + 300 JPY extra handling fee
* The storage fee will be calculated according to the package size
* Extra fee only happens for delivery delay caused by customers’ personal reasons.
For example:
1. Cannot finish the final payment after the item is ready for shipping for over 1 month.
2. Go to travel for over 1 month and cannot find anyone to pick the item.
We will cut off the same points from customers’ account if the Extra Fee needs to be charged. If there are not enough points on customers’ account, we will charge from customers’ next purchase.
We only offer EMS as shipping method. However, if you have any special requests, please contact us from Inquiries before order.

About Tax & Customs
