Return Policy
Prices include tax. No additional taxes will be added on checkout.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns, repairs, or refunds.
However, if you open the package within 7 days of delivery and discover that the item is defective,
different from your order, or damaged during shipping, please contact us within that period.
Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
In the case of manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we will either:
・ Provide a replacement, or
・ Offer an appropriate solution depending on the situation
Please contact us first and include clear photos of the damaged area.
Be sure to retain the original outer boxes and packing materials, as they are required for return
processing.
For minor damage incurred during shipping, we may ask for your cooperation in performing simple repairs.
In such cases, we will offer points as a gesture of appreciation.
As our products are handmade, many are limited-edition pieces, we aim to minimize unnecessary shipping
whenever possible.
We appreciate your understanding.
Please note that slight variations between individual items are inherent to handmade products and do not
constitute defects.
