Shipping & Handling
1. Handling Fee
---
Handling fees are charged per package.
1.000JPY for Accessories and in-stock items
3,000JPY for Statue

2.Shipping cost
---
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs. They are automatically calculated at check out.
However, for most pre-order items, shipping fees will be determined after production is completed
and the final package weight is confirmed. An invoice including shipping and handling fees will be
issued at that time.

3. Bank transfer fee
---
Customers are responsible for all the bank transfer fees.

4. Additional Charges
---
If shipping fees or final installment payments are not completed by the specific deadline, additional charges will apply:

・Storage fee from \1,500 per day per box (varies depending on package size)
・Transportation fee: Based on package size
If you require a delay in shipment due to personal reasons (e.g., travel or absence), please contact us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.


5. Import duties and related charges

Import duties, taxes, and other fees may be charged upon delivery, depending on the regulations of the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control.
We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order if you have concerns.
In accordance with legal requirements, we are unable to:
・Undervalue shipments
・Omit invoices
・Ship without proper documentation
If a shipment is returned due to refusal to pay import duties or related charges, we regret that we cannot offer reshipment or refunds.
The same policy applies in cases where the shipment is destroyed.
Terms of payment
Payment should be made within one weeks after the order is placed or we will cancel your order.
Repeated cancellations before payment may result in blacklisting.

Exchanges/returns/cancellations
We do not accept returns, repairs, or refunds for statues.
However, if you open the package within 7 days of delivery and discover that the item is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within that period. Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
In the case of manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we will either
・Provide a replacement, or
・Offer an appropriate solution depending on the situation
Please contact us first and include clear photos of the damaged area.
Be sure to retain the original outer box and packing materials, as they are required for return processing.
For minor damage incurred during shipping, we may ask for your cooperation in performing simple repairs.
In such cases, we will offer points as a gesture of appreciation.
As our statues are handmade, limited -edition pieces, we aim to minimize unnecessary shipping whenever possible. We appreciate your understanding.
Please note that slight variations between individual items are inherent to handmade products and do not constitute defects.

For products other than statues, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt and the items must be unused.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We cannot accept return requests in the following cases:
a. Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery.
b. Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer (including both the product and its packaging.
c. Products that have been used, even once.
d. Any other cases where the product is no longer in a resalable condition.


If delivery of the product cannot be completed due to an unknown delivery address or a long absence of the customer,
the sales contract may be cancelled without prior notice.
