Product Availability & Shipping
We offer both In-Stock and Pre-order items.
- In-Stock Items: Shipped once payment is confirmed.
- Pre-order Items: Shipped upon completion of the product.
All items are shipped directly from Japan.
Delivery timelines vary depending on the item. Please refer to the specific product page for estimated shipping dates.
Payment Information
All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY). We accept the following payment methods:

Important: Please ensure that all remittances are made in Japanese Yen (JPY). Please pay for the handling fee by your own.
Payment in Installments:
Installment plans may be available for certain products. Please check the individual product page or contact us for details.
Note for Credit Card Users:
Our system may not automatically process installment payments for credit cards issued outside of Japan. If you wish to pay by installments using a credit card, please contact us.
Shipping Fees
- In-Stock Items: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
- Pre-order Items: Shipping fees are determined only after production is complete. Once your item is ready to ship, we will send you a notification with the final shipping cost. Please complete this payment to finalize the delivery of your order.
Sold-Out Items
As a general rule, once an item is sold out, we do not put it back into production.
If you are interested in a sold-out product, your options are to wait for a potential future re-production or to submit a "Reproduction Request."
While we take these requests into consideration, please understand that we cannot guarantee if or when a product will be remade.
Returns and Refunds
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or refunds once payment has been confirmed.
However, we provide support in the following cases:
- Initial Defects or Shipping Damage: We will offer a replacement with a non-defective item or provide guidance on minor repairs.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will send the correct item immediately.
