An absolute being, forever unfulfilled, wandering in an endless quest for a foe worthy of his monstrous strength.

Among mercenaries, Zodd is a legendary swordsman said to have claimed thousands of heads on the battlefield.
Each time a rumor of his demise spreads, he inevitably resurfaces on yet another field of slaughter.
This grand lore has been whispered for at least a century, earning him the fearsome moniker: "Nosferatu."

A Terror of Black Fur and Bloodshot Eyes

Possessing strength far beyond human limits, Zodd morphs into a colossal beast adorned with bat-like wings and piercing horns.

Roaming from one bloody conflict to the next in search of the mighty, Zodd bellows upon his first encounter with Guts that he has spent "in these past three hundred years of slaughter."
With his jet-black fur standing on end and his bloodshot eyes wide, he is the very embodiment of colossal terror.

While a deep-seated animosity exists between him and the Skull Knight, the truth remains shrouded in darkness.
Where did he come from, and how did he become an Apostle? Much like the Skull Knight, Zodd remains a profound mystery.
Yet, whether aligning with Griffith as part of the Reborn Band of the Hawk or occasionally fighting alongside Guts, he commands a terrifyingly magnetic presence.

The Duality of Man and Beast

This piece features a striking profile of Zodd in his beast form, sculpted in a refined relief style to create an antique, coin-like ring top.
The sides of the band are adorned with intricate details modeled after Zodd’s human-form armor, masterfully capturing the duality of his nature as both man and monster.
Embedded in Zodd’s eye is a brilliant zirconia stone, channeling the mesmerizing and sinister gaze of his relentless life force.

Masterful Contrast of Materials and Textures

To create a powerful contrast in both texture and expression, the Zodd coin (ring top) is crafted from brass, retaining its rich, antique hues.
The rest of the ring is forged from high-quality Sterling Silver (925 Silver).
A ibushi (oxford/sulfurized) finish has been applied to the side decorations and the coin profile, beautifully accentuating the deep shadows and the raw, weathered texture of Zodd and his armor.

As a final tribute to his identity, Zodd’s iconic battle axe and Zanbato (Greatsword) are finely engraved on the inner band of the ring.
